Peter Som’s design style has been inspired by his architect parents and the laid-back elegance of hippie-era Bay area. His parents have influenced him to be artistic yet structural in his clothing. His aesthetic can be described to be boldly sophisticated and eclectically elegant. He is known for bold prints and finds beauty in the elegant and the odd. His collections are feminine and quirky, yet have a classic sensibility.
