Social Disruption
Hore is known for having disrupted numerous sporting events across Australia, as well as the funerals of former INXS frontman Michael Hutchence and racehorse trainer T J Smith, often with bizarre religious claims or gratuitous nudity. He was dubbed "the serial pest" by the media as a result.
He has previously claimed to be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, Nostradamus and a secret agent. In 1998, Hore made an appearance in John Safran's Media Tycoon, one of the two pilots Safran made after his appearance on the ABC's Race Around the World.

Famous quotes containing the words social and/or disruption:
“Almsgiving tends to perpetuate poverty; aid does away with it once and for all. Almsgiving leaves a man just where he was before. Aid restores him to society as an individual worthy of all respect and not as a man with a grievance. Almsgiving is the generosity of the rich; social aid levels up social inequalities. Charity separates the rich from the poor; aid raises the needy and sets him on the same level with the rich.”
—Eva Perón (1919–1952)
“[Film noir] experiences periodic rebirth and rediscovery. Whenever we have any moment of deep societal rift or disruption in America, one of the ways we can express it is through the ideas and behavior in film noir.”
—John Briley (b. 1925)
