Perfect Peter is a major character in the Horrid Henry Children's Books series. He is the younger goody-two-shoes brother of the series's main character, Horrid Henry. He is portrayed by Ross Maron in the Horrid Henry movie and voiced by Emma Tate in the TV series. He first appeared in "Horrid Henry's Perfect Day" from Horrid Henry and created by Francesca Simon.
