Dress Code and Regulation
Girls are only allowed to wear skirts or dresses that do not rise above their knees and shirts that do not show their midrift. Boys can only wear jeans and shorts until 6th grade, and then after that they must wear pants. Their shirts must always be tucked in and accompanied by a belt. For both genders, shirts cannot have any kind of writing larger than a logo unless it reflects the school's spirit, and images on shirts are not permitted, only patterns.

Famous quotes containing the words dress, code and/or regulation:
“The emancipation of today displays itself mainly in cigarettes and shorts. There is even a reaction from the ideal of an intellectual and emancipated womanhood, for which the pioneers toiled and suffered, to be seen in painted lips and nails, and the return of trailing skirts and other absurdities of dress which betoken the slave-womans intelligent companionship.”
—Sylvia Pankhurst (18821960)
“Wise Draco comes, deep in the midnight roll
Of black artillery; he comes, though late;
In code corroborating Calvins creed
And cynic tyrannies of honest kings;
He comes, nor parlies; and the Town, redeemed,
Gives thanks devout; nor, being thankful, heeds
The grimy slur on the Republics faith implied,
Which holds that Man is naturally good,
Andmoreis Natures Roman, never to be
scourged.”
—Herman Melville (18191891)
“Nothing changes my twenty-six years in the military. I continue to love it and everything it stands for and everything I was able to accomplish in it. To put up a wall against the military because of one regulation would be doing the same thing that the regulation does in terms of negating people.”
—Margarethe Cammermeyer (b. 1942)
