Pei-Yuan Wei (Chinese: 魏培源; pinyin: Wèi Péiyuán) is the creator of ViolaWWW, the first popular graphical web browser.
Pei-Yuan Wei was born in Taiwan. He graduated from Berkeley High School in 1986 and received his higher education at the University of California, Berkeley.
