In the Israel Defense Forces, combination caps are used only by:
- Air Force Officers;
- Navy officers in ceremonial dress;
- Military Police soldiers in law enforcement duties;
- Military Band Soldiers;
- Some regimental sergeants major of other service branches, in ceremonial dress.
