Or the matches against Cup Winners of 1973-74 season, Crvena Zvezda Belgrade, home and away losses 83-99 and 70-114.
Since 2000, a new era has started for white and blue team; previously being under dominance of B.C. Partizani Tirana, PBC Tirana are now commanding Albanian men's basketball having almost no rivals around. Winning 8 trophies within 4 years, with only a short period of interruption between years 2004-06, they returned to win another 5 titles, 5 cups and 5 supercups.

Famous quotes containing the word history:
“The greatest horrors in the history of mankind are not due to the ambition of the Napoleons or the vengeance of the Agamemnons, but to the doctrinaire philosophers. The theories of the sentimentalist Rousseau inspired the integrity of the passionless Robespierre. The cold-blooded calculations of Karl Marx led to the judicial and business-like operations of the Cheka.”
—Aleister Crowley (18751947)
“I saw the Arab map.
It resembled a mare shuffling on,
dragging its history like saddlebags,
nearing its tomb and the pitch of hell.”
—Adonis [Ali Ahmed Said] (b. 1930)
“One classic American landscape haunts all of American literature. It is a picture of Eden, perceived at the instant of history when corruption has just begun to set in. The serpent has shown his scaly head in the undergrowth. The apple gleams on the tree. The old drama of the Fall is ready to start all over again.”
—Jonathan Raban (b. 1942)
