Paul Lynton Davies QC, FBA is the Allen & Overy Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Oxford, Professorial Fellow of Jesus College, Oxford and Emeritus Professor of Law at the London School of Economics, where he was the Cassel Professor of Commercial Law from 1998 to 2009.
