Pau Claris i Casademunt (; January 1, 1586 – February 27, 1641) was a Catalan lawyer, clergyman and 94th President of Catalonia at the beginning of the Catalan Revolt. On January 16, 1641, he proclaimed the Catalan Republic under the protection of France.
