Weak Participation

Adding a new ballot shouldn't cause the defeat of the candidate whom that ballot votes over all of the other candidates.

Comments:

Causing that candidate's defeat is much worse than merely causing a lower choice to lose to a still lower choice. Weak-Participation is more important than Participation.


Instant-Runoff meets Weak-Participation. Majority-Judgment and Condorcet fail Weak-Participation.
