Rivalries
Panetolikos fans feel deep rivalry towards the club of Panachaiki Patras. A clash between these teams is considered to be the Derby of Western Greece.
There is also old hostility against PAS Giannina rekindled in year 2012 after the events surrounding a goal that José Emilio Furtado(known for scoring goals from fair-plays) scored against Panetolikos.
There is deep hostility against Anagennisi Artas as well.
