Ronald Trucchio, nicknamed “Ronnie One-Arm” due to a childhood accident that left him unable to use his right arm, is the Caporegime of the crew. He identified potential victims and helped plan crimes. He also acted as an intermediary with other organized crime interests. Damian Ely Bachovacchi, also known as David Ely Quaker, a Woodhaven, Queens native and a known captain of the crew, played a significant role in organizing and enforcing rackets in both Boston and South Boston and even as far north as Maine. Along with Bachovacchi, Kevin "Capone" Antinuche and Gennaro "Gerry" Bruno, are currently the alleged crew leaders.
