Otto Gruppe (1851-1921) was a German mythographer, remembered for his Griechische Mythologie und Religion-Geschichte (1906), which summed up the 19th century reading of Greek mythology through surviving texts. He was also the author of a Geschichte der Klassischen Mythologie und Religionsgeschichte während des Mittelalters in Abendland und während der Neuzeit, a "history of Classical mythology and the history of religion in the Medieval West and in modern times."
Otto Gruppe was the son of the philosopher, scholar-poet and philologist Otto Friedrich Gruppe (1804-1876).
