Osvaldo Bayer (Santa Fe Province, Argentina, 18 February 1927) is a journalist and scriptwriter. He lives in Buenos Aires, and in Linz am Rhein, Germany, where he went into exile during the "National Reorganization Process" dictatorship (1976–1983).
