Osman Hill's Mangabey

Osman Hill’s mangabey (Lophocebus osmani) is a species of crested mangabey in the Cercopithecidae family. It was formerly considered a subspecies of the gray-cheeked mangabey, L. albigena. It was named after William Charles Osman Hill, a primatologist, anthropologist, and anatomist from the 20th century.

Famous quotes containing the word hill:

‘O glorious Life, Who dwellest in earth and sun,
I have lived, I praise and adore Thee.”
    A sword swept.
Over the pass the voices one by one
    Faded, and the hill slept.
    Sir Henry Newbolt (1862–1938)
