Orlando Deanery Boychoir

The Orlando Deanery Boychoir is an internationally renowned choir based in Orlando, Florida. The choir is open to boys in grades 3-9.

The Orlando Deanery Boychoir is founded on European models and affiliated with the Royal School of Church Music in England. This music outreach program of the Cathedral Church of St. Luke in downtown Orlando serves the community, nation and world.

Creating beautiful music of the highest standards, the choirs develop musicianship, vocal skills, teamwork, responsibility, leadership, courtesy, respect for other cultures, poise and professionalism. Performances include civic festivals, opera and symphony, charity concerts, private parties, weddings, religious services, conventions, TV commercials and Disney events, often with prominent local orchestras.

As cultural ambassadors of the United States and the City of Orlando, the choir has toured Japan, England, Ireland, Wales, Canada, Washington D.C., Niagara Falls, New England, the Bahamas, Florida and the southeast, New Orleans, Carnegie Hall in New York, Vienna, Prague, Munich, and Salzburg. Tours are funded entirely by fundraising efforts and individual and corporate contributions. Tours play an integral part in our musical education, cultural enrichment, and outreach mission.

The choir is under the direction of Benjamin Lane.
