Sheoran Gotra in Jats
Sheoran & Jaglan is a branch of Shivi Jat who ruled in Malwa and Rajasthan. When they moved from Malwa to Rajasthan, one group also moved to Neemrana, where they were found at the time of Emperor Humanyun. The presence of Sheoran gotra in Jats is also an evidence in support of this account. Sheorans consider themselves to be the descendants of Shiva.
