Opencast Community
The Opencast Community was initiated by UC Berkeley in 2007 to gather academic institutions, individuals and companies interested in the production, management and distribution of academic audio and video content. Communication around related issues happens on the homepage and via the mailinglist. Goals of the Opencast Community are described in the mission statement. The most prominent project under the hood of the Opencast Community is the Opencast Matterhorn build project.
