Distribution
The movie was released in Spain by The Walt Disney Company, and debuted at the San Sebastián Film Festival on September 29, 2000.
It was featured at the Commonwealth Film Festival, Great Britain; the New York Jewish Film Festival, NY, USA; the San Diego Jewish Film Festival, San Diego, USA; the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival, San Francisco, USA; the Washington Jewish Film Festival, Washington DC, USA; and other film festivals.
However at this point in time (August 2010), it is not available from a US vendor, and it is almost impossible to purchase elsewhere. A curious state of affairs given the subject.

“My topic for Army reunions ... this summer: How to prepare for war in time of peace. Not by fortifications, by navies, or by standing armies. But by policies which will add to the happiness and the comfort of all our people and which will tend to the distribution of intelligence [and] wealth equally among all. Our strength is a contented and intelligent community.”

“Classical and romantic: private language of a family quarrel, a dead dispute over the distribution of emphasis between man and nature.”
