"One More Chance" had barely any promotion and no official video but was still able to peak at a modest number 11 in the United Kingdom and at number 35 in Australia. A video was shown on MTV combining the videos for "Rain", "You'll See", I Want You", "Take a Bow" and "La Isla Bonita.
In Italy, "One More Chance" debuted at number ten on the FIMI Singles Chart on April 6, 1996. The next week, the single reached a peak of number two on the chart, staying there for one week before descending down the chart.
The song also reached number one in Hong Kong and number 12 in Finland.
