Club Career
Ravankhah joined Esteghlal in 2007. He has scored several key goals for Esteghlal including both of Esteghlal's goals against fierce rivals Persepolis F.C. so he got named as "امید رفت و برگشت" which means who scored in both home and away games . In the first game of the 2008/2009 season he received a serious injury putting him out for some time but now back to field and football. Ravankhah played for Esteghlal in the AFC Champions League group stage, appearing against Al-Ittihad on 11 March 2009. he has record in league and played with 16 years old and made goal.every time he invited in national team and he hope again invite and it possible because he is very ready now.he has many proposal from emirates but don't go and want go Europe. He was officially announced his retirement on 12 May 2013 after a heavy injury.
