The village is home to the Purley John Fisher Rugby Football Club.
There are currently two youth football teams active in Old Coulsdon; the Old Coulsdon Jets and the Old Coulsdon Colts.
Coulsdon is also home to a hashing club, the Old Coulsdon Hash House Harriers .
