The Old Cambridge Historic District is a historic district in an irregular pattern along Brattle Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1983.
It includes 215 contributing buildings and one other contributing sites over an area of 52 acres (21 ha). One included building is the Mary Fisk Stoughton House, which is separately listed on the NRHP.
The Cambridge Historical Society's offices are in the NRHP-listed Hooper-Lee Nichols House, located at 159 Brattle Street.
