Oksana Baiul (Ukrainian: Оксана Баюл; born November 16, 1977) is a Ukrainian figure skater. She is the 1994 Olympic champion in ladies' singles and the 1993 World champion. Baiul is the first and so far the only skater to win the Olympics representing Ukraine.
