In 2011, Oklahoma Centennial won its first state sports champion when the Bison basketball team won the Oklahoma Secondary Scholastic Activities Association (OSSAA) 3A basketball trophy. In 2012, the Bison men's team repeated as champions.
Audrianna Morgan has won twice, in 2011 and 2012, as the 3A state track champion in the 100 meter and 200 meter events.
