Kickstarter Project
In May of 2012, a new designers edition of Ogre was funded on Kickstarter.com. The original goal was $20,000, and the final funding, at $923,680, holds the record for the largest Kickstarter project for a board game. As the total grew, more and more options and upgrades were added, with the final game weighing over 14 pounds.
