James Simmons (September 29, 1986) is a Minor League Baseball pitcher for the Oakland Athletics organization. From University of California-Riverside, he was selected by the Oakland Athletics in the 1st Round (26th overall) of the 2007 amateur entry draft. He currently plays for the Class AA Midland Rockhounds.
