William L. McKinney (born August 23, 1994) is an American professional baseball player for the Oakland Athletics organization.
McKinney attended Plano West Senior High School. He led the school's baseball team to the state's Class 5A semifinals. McKinney was selected by the Athletics in the first round, with the 24th overall selection, of the 2013 MLB Draft. He signed with the Athletics, receiving a $1.8 million signing bonus.
