Today, most nude swimming takes place in private swimming pools, at a nude beach, at naturist facilities or at secluded or segregated public swimming areas. Some Western countries, such as Canada and the United Kingdom, have no laws prohibiting nude swimming in public areas, but some countries around the world strictly enforce various laws against public nudity, including nude swimming.
