Northern Mariana Islands Commonwealth Constitution

The Constitution of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands is the governing document of that United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and was drafted and approved between 1976 and 1978. Being the constitution of a Federal territory the United States Congress reserves the right to alter, abolish or mandate amendments to it.
