The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD), located in Orange County, California, offers associate degrees and adult education certificates through Cypress College, Fullerton College and the School of Continuing Education. The District became operational on July 1, 1965, incorporating Fullerton College as well as planning for two additional colleges.
