Personal Life
Jones was in a long-term relationship with bassist Lee Alexander from 2000 until they split at Christmas 2007. The records of her subsequent album The Fall supposedly reflects elements of her relationship. After a period of estrangement Norah went to her father's place in New Delhi, India and wrote some songs of her album The Fall.
