Sequel
The game was followed by a sequel Nicky 2 in 1993. In the sequel Nicky finds out that while Zoldrane has been destroyed, her sister, no less cruel and even more powerful than her sibling, is now out for revenge. To help him to face the new challenge, the boy is given a magical goose by his grandfather. The iPhone version of the game was created and released as Nicky Boom 2 in 2009.
