Andy Schroeder
Andrew Schroeder, or Andy Andy, played by Derek McGrath was an ex-con that murdered a cocktail waitress at an unnamed Italian restaurant. Sam hired Andy to date Diane in the episode, "Diane's Perfect Date" without knowing his past. He appeared in two more episodes through the show's first four seasons. He returned again during the final season in an opening tease. He entered the bar wearing dynamite and demanded to see Diane. When informed that Diane no longer worked there, Andy calmly left.
