Newcomb's Snail

Newcomb's snail, scientific name Erinna newcombi, is a species of air-breathing freshwater snail, a gastropod mollusk in the family Lymnaeidae. This species is endemic to Hawaii, in the United States. Its natural habitat is rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Erinna newcombi is the type species of the genus Erinna.
