Curriculum

NIST has two schools on the same campus: the elementary school and the secondary school. NIST is an IB World School that runs all three academic programs of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). These are: the Primary Years Program (PYP) for students aged 3–11, the Middle Years Program (MYP) ages 11–16 and the IB Diploma Program (IBDP) ages 16–18. All classes, except languages, are taught in English.

As part of the curriculum, NIST students learn a language other than English (LOTE). The choices include Korean, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese,French, German, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Thai and Hindi.

Nist also has 3 camps in Elementary School- Year 4 1 night camp to Khao Yai, Year 5 1 night barge trip and a Year 6 3 night Camp to Kanchanaburi.
