Neopaganism in Mexico

Neopaganism in Mexico is a movement independent from other New Age movements. It has its own origin, history, and unique character. Similarities between Neopaganism and New Age exist, but are not essential and have nothing to do with their origins.

It arrived in Mexico due to various factors, including movies, the Internet, social problems, discomfort with their current religion, lack of nationality, occultism, and more. Mexico has always been a country rich in culture. The rites and traditions of the indigenous groups have survived until modern times, and have come to the attention of those in the New age movement who are interested in these ancient customs.
