Navasota Independent School District is a public school district based in Navasota, Texas (USA) that enrolls approximately 3,000 students.
The district encompasses 362.35 square miles (938.5 km2) in southern Grimes and Brazos counties and includes the City of Navasota along with the rural communities of Millican, Courtney, White Hall, Stoneham, Plantersville and Todd Mission.
Navasota ISD ranks as the 181st largest land encompassing district of the 1,033 Texas independent school districts.
In 2011, the school district was rated "academically unacceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.
