NCAA Division I Women's Ice Hockey
In all, 34 schools in the United States, ranging from the Midwest to the East Coast, sponsor varsity women's hockey. Four Division I conferences currently exist—College Hockey America, ECAC Hockey, Hockey East, and the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
