Narasimham (Malayalam: നരസിംഹം, English: The Lion-Man) is a 2000 Malayalam action film written by Ranjith and directed by Shaji Kailas. It stars Mohanlal, Thilakan, N. F. Varghese, Aishwarya, and Kanaka, and features Mammootty in a cameo appearance. The film was later remade into Telugu as Adhipathi.

Upon release the film broke almost all the box office records becoming a record breaking grosser and one of the all time biggest blockbuster in Malayalam Cinema. The film completed 200 days in one theatre and 150 days in three theatres and grossed around 12 Crore in total making a 10 Crore profit to the producer. Narasimham grossed around 7 crores as distributor's share. It was the highest grossing Malayalam film of all time till the release of Rajamanikyam in 2005, a record which stood for long six years. The film is considered to be an all time highest grossing movie in Malayalam Cinema after Rajamanikyam when adjusted to inflation, considering the high increase in number of releasing theatres, ticket rates and money value.

It was remade in telugu as "Adhipathi" with Mohan Babu playing Mohanlal while Nagarjuna appeared in a guest role.
