Shareholders
MTN Irancell has two shareholders: Iran Electronic Development Company (IEDC) (51%), and MTN International (Mauritius) Limited (49%).
IEDC currently has two key shareholders:
- Mostazafan Foundation, a Bonyad
- Iran Electronics Industries (IEI), known as SAIRAN (company with military contracts)
