Actor Carlo Rota described Morris as "complex". Originally from the United Kingdom, he is a systems analyst at CTU, and the (separated) husband of Chloe O'Brian, though the two are back together in Season 6. While charming, flirtatious, and proficient with CTU's systems, he harbours a past of alcoholism.
