Mizuno Classic

The Mizuno Classic is an annual women's professional golf tournament, jointly sanctioned by the two richest women's professional tours: the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and the LPGA of Japan Tour. It was an unofficial money event on the LPGA Tour from 1973 to 1975. It has taken place every year since 1973 at various locations in Japan, and is typically held in early November.

The tournament has had various names and sponsors throughout its history. Its current title sponsor is Mizuno, a Japanese sports equipment and sportswear company.

Annika Sörenstam won five consecutive Mizuno Classics from 2001 to 2005.

At the 2007 Mizuno Classic, Momoko Ueda of Japan scored a final round double eagle on her way to a two-shot victory over Maria Hjorth and Reilley Rankin.
