The halls on the summit of Taniquetil in the Pelóri mountains from which Manwë and Varda oversaw the goings on in Arda.

Iron Mountains

Also called the Ered Engrin, these were a range of immense mountains to the north of Middle-earth that were damaged and partially broken in the War of Wrath. Morgoth's fortress of Angband was located under Thangorodrim in the Iron Mountains.
