Semi-government Status

Although MUST is enlisted as one of the then-inexpensive major state university in the Philippines, tuition and matriculation fees continue to rise in the past decade. As of 2007, only 75 million pesos was appropriated for general administration and support, support to operations, and other operations by the budget department.
