Mills has been going through constant renovations throughout the years from the early- to mid-2000s to mid-2010s, which is funded by the passing of a measure around 2000. Renovations include the overhaul of the East Gym, a new West Gym, a new theater, remodeled locker rooms, a new swimming pool, a new track, a completed Science, Multimedia, and Visual Arts hall, a new Mathematics hall, a new Center Court, a new cafeteria, and modifications and modernizations to existing halls and classrooms as well as the addition of solar panels.
