Millikan won CIF Southern Section football titles in 1979 and 1981. They also fielded a top level Division 1 baseball program for many years in the 80's, 90's and 2000's under former head coach Dan Peters.
Under Coach Rod Petcovic, Millikan has amassed over 20 winning soccer seasons making it the marquee soccer program in the Moore League. Most notably is there most recent CIF Division championship with a 7-2 historic win over Ventura.
