Mike Rice Jr. (born (1969-02-13)February 13, 1969 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American college basketball coach and the current head men's basketball coach at Rutgers University, formerly holding the same position at Robert Morris. He is the son of former college basketball coach and current Portland Trail Blazers announcer Mike Rice. In 2009, he helped lead Robert Morris to its first NCAA Tournament since 1992. He resides in Little Silver, New Jersey.
