Michael has had relationships with Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), in which he sexually harassed her, and has had marriages to Hilary Lancaster and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman), with whom he has a son, Fenmore Baldwin (Max Ehrich).
