Michael Andrew Foster Jude Kerr, 13th Marquess of Lothian, PC, QC, DL (born 7 July 1945), also known as Michael Ancram, is a British Conservative Party politician. A member of the House of Lords, he was formerly a Member of Parliament (MP) and a member of the Shadow Cabinet. He is also the hereditary Chief of the Scottish Kerr Clan.
